Needy Areas of Los Santos to be revitalized

7th of February, 2016 — Deputy Mayor and State Representatives are making a change in needy areas of the city that aren't so appealing for citizens or tourists with their City Housing Plan. The focus area is Seville but they plan to reach other locations if this one proves to be a success. This plan consists in renovating those areas and buy up houses to resell in order to revitalize the area. If this plan is successful we will no longer see empty abodes but a thriving Seville with lots of employment opportunities and activies to do. The renovation of the area will also be conducted by a government bureau, with the Public Utilities being assigned to do the job.
After being asked what was the best thing about Seville most of the resident population answered that it "really only has the basketball court to use" and that "if we had more businesses then we could possibly be more populated and better known". This act will see the Seville residents focusing more on getting a job and their income won't be totally invested in the houses, that are now sustainable, thus reducing the crime rate.
Soon more needy areas will be reached. Supporting low-income areas is a priority for the government that uses its funds wisely to help the population of Los Santos.
